President & Managing Partner	Ellis Woolridge has been a senior Account Executive for several advertising, marketing and graphic design firms throughout his 20-plus year career. Mr. Woolridge’s vast marketing experiences cover the full gamut from research, strategic planning, administration, and corporate communications. His market expertise includes Automotive, Health 7 Fitness, Nutritional supplementation, Publishing, Retail, Transportation, Education, Government social Services, Television Broadcasting, Insurance, Banking, Medical/Dental Industries, to name a few. Mr. Woolridge is a graduate of Kettering University of Michigan and Indiana State University.
Creative Design Director	Chuck Horsman founded CHDesign in 2002 and has been Creative Director for Impact Marketing since 1997.
